Welcome to CanopyCo. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CanopyCo.’s co-working spaces, conference rooms, memberships, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

To access certain Services, including memberships and bookings, users may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Services Offered

CanopyCo. provides:

Co-working memberships
Private office rentals
Conference room rentals (available on a daily basis)

Additional details regarding Services, access, and benefits will be provided after membership approval and payment.

Payments

Payments for memberships and space rentals will be processed through the CanopyCo. website. By making a purchase, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize CanopyCo. to charge applicable fees.

Note: Payment functionality may not yet be active but will be implemented in the future.

Acceptable Use Policy

All users agree to:

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Refrain from engaging in illegal activities on the premises
Respect other members and guests
Maintain reasonable noise levels
Limit use of rented space to authorized individuals only

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

Keeping rented spaces clean and in good condition
Avoiding damage to property, furniture, or equipment
Paying for any damages caused during their use

CanopyCo. reserves the right to charge users for repair or replacement costs resulting from damage.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

CanopyCo. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
CanopyCo. is not liable for any injuries or accidents occurring on the premises
Users assume all risks associated with use of the facilities

Intellectual Property

CanopyCo. does not claim ownership over any intellectual property created by users on the premises. However, CanopyCo. is not responsible for the protection, loss, or misuse of such intellectual property.

Termination and Suspension

CanopyCo. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Services at its sole discretion, including for:

Violations of these Terms
Misuse of the premises
Non-payment or fraudulent activity

Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

Changes to Terms

CanopyCo. may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
